Refund and Returns Policy
- General Policy: Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality areca nuts. We accept returns and offer resolutions only under specific conditions.
- Eligibility for Return: A return claim can be initiated within 7 days of delivery only if:
a. The product was received in a physically damaged or tampered-with condition.
b. The product’s grade (e.g., REKA 24, REKA 30) does not match the specifications of your confirmed order. - How to Initiate a Return: To file a return claim, you must:
a. Contact our customer service team via email at sales@suparimart.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
b. In the email, provide your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and mandatory photographic evidence of the damaged product or incorrect grade. - Inspection and Approval: Our quality assurance team will review your claim and the evidence provided. We reserve the right to approve or reject the claim based on the investigation.
- Resolution Options: If your return claim is approved, you will be offered the choice of:
a. Free Replacement: We will dispatch a new shipment of the correct product to you. We will bear all associated shipping charges for
the replacement.
b. Full Refund: We will process a full refund of the product’s value to your original mode of payment within 10-15 business days. - Non-Returnable Conditions: Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction with the taste or texture, or improper storage after delivery.
