An order is only considered confirmed after we have received full payment in advance and have sent an official order confirmation via email or SMS. All orders are subject to product availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3.      Pricing & Payment: Product prices are quoted based on the order quantity and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. All quotations are valid for 7 days. Full payment is required in advance to confirm and process any order.

4.      Shipping & Delivery: We ship across India through trusted third-party logistics partners. All shipping and handling charges are borne by the client and will be specified at the time of order placement. The estimated delivery time is 15-20 working days from dispatch; however, this is an estimate, and Sutradhar Traders is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. The risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon dispatch.
